As the creator of JustNewListings.com and founder of the JNL team, I've exercised a tremendous amount of care in selecting a real estate consultant who would provide the same quality and expertise as myself for real estate services.  He and I consult on every transaction/contract that is written by the many clients of JustNewListings.com.  Our primary goal is to protect you financially and save you money $.  Our secondary goal to make the process as convenient and stress free as possible with the absolute best real estate tools available.  The standard is for important decisions I make with clients is what advice would I give to my mom if she were thinking about buying this home or condo?  And I'm comfortable that I could comfortably allow Shaun to represent my own mother in any real estate matter as Shaun has become with my mentoring as aggressive as myself in getting buyers the lowest net price for purchasing a home.
