MLS Widgets for Your Website or Blog--Take One!

Free MLS "Blidgets" for Your Website, Blog, MySpace or Facebook Profile

I recently started using a great service that allows me to create Arlington MLS (It can be for any area in VA, DC, MD) widgets--called blidgets--that you can take and use on your websites, blogs and social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace or is it My Space?   I guess that makes it obvious which one I use all the time and which one I haven't used.  When you view the blidgets below...be patient as having 2 of them on same webpage causes them to take awhile to fully load up with 100 most recent listing for each niche.

Pick Your Poison!

Grab whatever blidget you want and if you want to request any particular niche of MLS listings just contact me through the contact form below....For example, you live in Odyssey condo and you want to have an MLS widget for just the listings as they come on the market  from your condominium.  Or you may be interested in real estate listings in Reston Towne Center in the $300,000-400,000 range.  Just contact me requesting that widget and I'll design one for you and you can go grab the code when I send you the URL where it's at.  Can you say teamwork?  That was cheesy wasn't it?

That\'s hilarious--can you imagine how long it would take that widget to download data of 10,000s of listings. Very funny, Shalom. If you decide to get more nichey (narrow) in your parameters such as penn quarter 450-575000 or capitol hill rowhouses 600-700,000 let me know.\r\n\r\nj

Swati, my big issue with the vendor is that I can\'t narrow it to type of property. However if you\'re talking about the regular 2 or 3BR townhouses they range from 600-800ish for the most part. Depends on if you want ballston included or not??? And it depends if you want the upper end townhouses or not such as Clarendon Park & Courthouse Hill with start in the mid 800+. \r\n\r\nAnswer those questions on location and price range and I\'ll get you the most narrowed down one I can for you to grab if you end up wanting it!

Marc, do you want the widget for a webpage or a facebook page or a sidebar widget? A regular webpage widget could be a square map of 600x600 pixels for example of active listings in mclean to click on that would refresh to the most recent 100 active listings anytime you refreshed the page. A sidebar widget would have the most recent listings w/ the most recent being at top I believe. a facebook widget would go on your wall and you could email that or share it with others. *******Let me know your email address and which widget you want and or a price range..........******** Use my contact form box above for your email address.
