MLS Widgets for Your Website or Blog--Take One!

Free MLS "Blidgets" for Your Website, Blog, MySpace or Facebook Profile

I recently started using a great service that allows me to create Arlington MLS (It can be for any area in VA, DC, MD) widgets--called blidgets--that you can take and use on your websites, blogs and social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace or is it My Space? I guess that makes it obvious which one I use all the time and which one I haven't used. When you view the blidgets below...be patient as having 2 of them on same webpage causes them to take awhile to fully load up with 100 most recent listing for each niche.

So here are some samples and they can be very "nichey" for whatever area/price of real estate you want to keep up on or offer to your readers. The disclosure is that if people want to open up the details of the listing more than a few times that they end up on my MLS. However addresses/bedrooms/price/main photo are provided in an unlimited quantity for viewing for as long as one wants without having to register with my MLS tool.

Grab whatever blidget you want and if you want to request any particular niche of MLS listings just contact me through the contact form below....For example, you live in Odyssey condo and you want to have an MLS widget for just the listings as they come on the market from your condominium. Or you may be interested in real estate listings in Reston Towne Center in the $300,000-400,000 range. That\'s hilarious--can you imagine how long it would take that widget to download data of 10,000s of listings. Very funny, Shalom. If you decide to get more nichey (narrow) in your parameters such as penn quarter 450-575000 or capitol hill rowhouses 600-700,000 let me know.\r\n\r\nj

how about a widget for 22201 for 2 or 3br townhomes?

Swati, my big issue with the vendor is that I can\'t narrow it to type of property. However if you\'re talking about the regular 2 or 3BR townhouses they range from 600-800ish for the most part. Depends on if you want ballston included or not??? And it depends if you want the upper end townhouses or not such as Clarendon Park & Courthouse Hill with start in the mid 800+. \r\n\r\nAnswer those questions on location and price range and I\'ll get you the most narrowed down one I can for you to grab if you end up wanting it!
