- favorites--save favorite listings to a folder
- notepad--take notes on specific listing in your folder to refer to later. Also your partner can view those notes or add comments/replies to your notes on that listing (great for very busy couples)
- demographics--instantly get lots of demographics on a neighborhood at click of a button of any listing that catches your eye
- tracking--track specific listings. Note changes in price of that listing, monitor the sold price or when photos are added to specific listings. Great for grasping the market. You see a home listed for $550,000. "Is it really worth that much? I love the neighborhood and schools." Well track it and find out what happens.
