Penn Quarter Condos for Sale in Washington DC

as you can see the upper quartile (price bracket) has gone up significantly due to new condos and rowhouses delivering.  Really it's only the lower quartile that decreased in 2008.  For any more nichey data charts just email using the contact form and I'll email your area of interest such as inventory, etc.
